Designer

Jason
Gregory

Jason Gregory's products are the intersection of creativity and usefulness. He has worked Makr into something more than just leather and canvas.

Makr, at it's core, is more than just a desire to put out bags and wallets and stools. It's about challenges and the desire to create. It's about limitations and restrictions and how you can create things that are useful and wonderful. What we surround
ourselves with in our lives is a reflection of how we see and interpret the world, and — to a more existential bend — ourselves. Through the desire to bring beauty and thoughtfulness to the things that accompany our lives.

Woodworker

Blair
Sligar

Blair Sligar explores, creates, and designs. He is one of the lucky few, those that work in the tangible. In an increasingly digital world, it’s easy to forget how important and comforting the real world can be.

The often overlooked areas of life: the bar you rest your drink on, or the spoon you eat your soup with. Things you interact with on real and existing planes.
Hard goods shape how we see the literal world. The comfort felt in a room is tied to what surounds us, be that friends and loved ones or the furniture we sit on.

Printmaker

Nick
Sambrato

Nick Sambrato started out as an entrepreneur and wound up as an old world pressman. He mixes ink and oils machines.

His craft drives him and keeps him up late at night. He finds love in creating things and helping others see the tangible products of their creations. He’s blunt, talkative, Italian, and a lover of life.
Where else do we see words more than in the printed page? That love of the page and letter is what drew us first to the founder of his print shop, Mama’s Sauce.

Musician

Greg
Perkins

Greg Perkins has been creating music for a long time. Long enough that it's become more of who he is than who he isn't. It's what he does, what he collects, what inspires him. Whether he's seated in front of his Rhodes Mark 1 or tuning his Epiphone Wildkat, it seems appropriate. Greg is one of those guys that at once feels contemporary and antique.

A self-taught musician, he's become quite adept at his craft, molding and shaping
songs into unique, standing pieces full of life and complexity. He's learned to find the foundation and build up from there, a quality lost in today's bait and hook throwaway tunes of radio and internet.

Greg is calm, subtle, and full of life.
